Debra has many years experience of teaching and training in Further Education and in private sector Business Enterprise organisations.

Since qualifying in Health Kinesiology and achieving KFRP status in 2007 she has established a successful and popular practice in the North West and would now like to share those skills by teaching the system that has empowered her practice.

Her approach is professional and informal, aiming to create the right environment for students to learn.

“I believe that HK is a great system, whether you want to practice professionally or use it for your own and your family’s health and wellbeing. I aim to help you get familiar with the information by using a variety of learning styles and I’ll make sure that you get sufficient practice to feel confident in the skills you need.”
